Restaurant Jusho Sushi + Grill in M&uum;nster
The Jusho is located at Von-Steuben-Straße 17, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station and the Prinzipalmarkt. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat concept where you can choose from more than 100 dishes that are freshly and quickly prepared. Ordering is easy using an iPad at the table, where you can see the menu with photos and descriptions of the dishes.
I was there with a friend on a Saturday evening and we tried our way through the different categories: sushi, salads, soups, finger food, grilled food and teppan yaki. The sushi was very tasty and creative, with different types of fish, vegetables, fruits and sauces. I particularly liked the Jusho Special Maki, which was covered in crispy tempura batter. The salads were fresh and crunchy, the soups aromatic and warming, the finger food crispy and spicy. The grilled food was tender and juicy, with a variety of meat and fish to choose from. The Teppan Yaki was a highlight, where you get vegetables, noodles or rice with a sauce of your choice served on a hot iron plate.
For dessert there were baked bananas with honey and sesame, which were sweet. and were crispy. We also treated ourselves to some drinks, such as Japanese green tea, sake and cocktails. The drinks menu is very extensive and offers something for every taste.
The atmosphere at Jusho is modern and cozy, with an open kitchen where you can watch the sushi masters and chefs at work. The service is friendly and attentive, the prices are fair and reasonable. The all-you-can-eat costs 17.90€ per person at lunchtime and 28.90€ per person in the evenings on weekends. But you can also à Order la carte or order the food online and pick it up.
I can only recommend Jusho Sushi + Grill if you want to go on a culinary trip to Japan. The restaurant offers high quality, a wide selection and great service. I will definitely come back and try more dishes.
